Muhammed Usman is a trained and seasoned Police Officer with 25 years of professional experience, specializing in international cooperation, mutual legal assistance, fugitive investigation, and extradition procedures. He currently serves as an Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) National Central Bureau (NCB) and is in charge of Intelligence and Investigation at the INTERPOL Annex in Lagos. His academic qualifications include: B.A. (Hons) in Philosophy, University of Ibadan. M.Sc. in Criminology, University of Abuja. Master in International Law and Diplomacy, University of Lagos ACP Muhammed Usman is also a trained diplomat and an active member of the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (NIIA). He has undergone numerous professional training programs within and outside Nigeria, further strengthening his expertise in policing and international security operations. Throughout his career, he has received several awards and commendations in recognition of his exemplary service. He is also a member of the International Association of Police Chiefs (IACP).
